Home Is More Important Than Ever
If we've learned anything in recent years, it's that home matters more than ever. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we founded Studio 221 Interiors in August of 2020 with one goal in mind – to create a space where everyone who visits feels loved, supported, and at home.
Regardless of whether you visit our Chapin or West Columbia location, and no matter if you're a first time or frequent guest, we can't wait to welcome you into our little slice of Heaven.
The last year has changed our lives and we owe that all to you – our Studio 221 family. Here's to the years ahead!
Brian + Kerri
Kerri Hubbard is the co-owner and co-founder of Studio 221 Interiors, a former speech-language pathologist, and a passionate interior designer.
Born in New York City and raised in the beautiful city of Saratoga Springs, NY, Kerri graduated from Boston University with a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Throughout her upbringing and while amidst her studies, Kerri's passion for the industry blossomed. At every opportunity, Kerri immersed herself in interior design blogs, following various designers on social media platforms, visiting local home decor boutiques, and admiring architectural design. It wasn't until Kerri and her husband, Brian, moved to Nashville, Tennessee, that Kerri was inspired to create something beautiful of her own – a place where people feel welcomed, loved, and supported.
Following a move to South Carolina in mid 2020, Kerri pursued her dream and launched Farmhouse 221, which has grown today to become Studio 221 Interiors.
Brian Hubbard is the co-owner of Studio 221 Interiors, owner of Hubbard Home Inspections, a former corporate salesman, and the man behind the scenes who keeps Studio 221 Interiors running.
In true entrepreneur spirit, you probably won’t see Brian without hearing about his newest business ideas or future directions. He is not afraid of risk, creating new processes, or tearing down walls. He will learn how to complete any handyman task with YouTube, and will probably finish the majority of the project before accepting help.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Brian graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors in Business Management. Following graduation, Brian bought his first condo, and started working in the corporate world at 20 years old.
He’s successfully remodeled every home he’s owned, and looks forward to repeating this process with more properties as Studio 221 Interiors branches into other facets of the home industry.
